The Final Judgment in an Orlando Divorce or Paternity will detail the time each parent can spend with their children once the case is finalized.  There are some Orlando Family Law cases that will require a Temporary Timesharing Plan while the case proceeds.  In the unfortunate circumstance of one parent withholding contact with the children from the other parent, your Paternity or Divorce Lawyer can file a Motion for Temporary Timesharing.

The Motion will give the Court details regarding the circumstances, and request that the Court implement a Temporary Timesharing Plan to give each parent a reasonable amount of time to spend with the children.  A hearing will be set to have the motion heard by the court.  Once the motion has been filed , the parent withholding the children will often be willing to reach an agreement before the matter is heard before the judge.  The parties may reach a Temporary Timesharing Agreement that your attorney will ask the judge to incorporate into an Order.
