Wade P. Luther, Esq. practices law exclusively in the area of family law. He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the George Mason University College of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, Mr. Luther obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a major in Business Finance from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Luther is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and formally trained in the Collaborative Law Process. Mr. Luther is a Master level member in the Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court, as well as a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida; the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals; and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
With over 20 years of courtroom experience, Mr. Luther’s goal in a dissolution of marriage case is to enter into a Marital Settlement Agreement whenever possible in order to spare clients from the financial and emotional costs of contested litigation. However, if your spouse is not willing to be reasonable, Mr. Luther will draw on his extensive experience and litigation skills to prepare and present the best possible case for you.
Cathy Luther, Practice Manager
Cathy’s background in marketing and her previous experience as a property manager for a national, multi-family management company has given her unique insight into understanding the needs of clients. As the first point of contact for the firm, Cathy creates an ease of communication that continues throughout the pendency of each client’s case. In addition to managing client relations, her responsibilities include case management and discovery and trial preparation. She is also a certified Notary Public.
Cathy was born and raised in Connecticut where she earned her BS in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Connecticut. She has loved being a resident of Florida since 2003 and joined the firm in 2011. In her free time, you are likely to find her enjoying a favorite book. She also loves cooking and travelling.
