Wade P. Luther, Esq. practices law exclusively in the area of family law. He obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the George Mason University College of Law in 1998. Prior to law school, Mr. Luther obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a major in Business Finance from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Luther is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and formally trained in the Collaborative Law Process. Mr. Luther is a Master level member in the Central Florida Family Law Inn of Court, as well as a member of the Collaborative Family Law Group of Central Florida; the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals; and the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
With over 20 years of courtroom experience, Mr. Luther’s goal in a dissolution of marriage case is to enter into a Marital Settlement Agreement whenever possible in order to spare clients from the financial and emotional costs of contested litigation.
