What is a Notice of Confidentiality Information Within Court Filing in an Orlando divorce or custody matter?  There is some confidential information that must be provided to the Court in family law matters.  For example, the Social Security Numbers of the parties and any children involved must be disclosed in divorce, paternity and modification matters.

When any document with confidential information is filed with the Court, a Notice of Confidential Information Within Court Filing must also be filed.  This document identifies the document which was filed and the specific confidential information; the precise location of the confidential information within the document being filed; and the confidentiality provision that applies.

The rules of family law are very specific and can be extremely confusing to parties trying to file without a family lawyer.  With today’s economy, many more people are trying to save money by not hiring an experience family law attorney to represent them.  However, that decision may cost more in the long run if you are not able to protect your future financial interests.
