If you are involved in an Orange County, Florida divorce, you need to be aware of Administrative Order No. 2004-05-03.  This Order applies to any dissolution of marriage action, with or without children, filed in Orange and Osceola County, Florida.  Other counties in the Central Florida area will also have Administrative Orders which apply to divorces filed in those courts.

The Administrative Order was established “to facilitate the efficient administration of justice” by providing guidelines for the actions of the parties involved in an Orange County divorce or Osceola County divorce.  Some of the items covered by the Order are shared parenting, relocation of children, child support, conduct of the parties, disposition of assets, and additional debt.  Parties who do not abide by the guidelines in the Administrative Order may be sanctioned by the Court.
