Enforcement Issues

A final judgment in a family law matter does not necessarily mean an end to litigation.  Unfortunately for some families, the litigation may continue with enforcement issues.  When one party does not comply with the terms of an agreement or order, it may be necessary to file a Motion to Compel.  The motion will specifically detail the non-compliance to the court.

The court has the authority to impose sanctions or a money judgment against the non-complying party to force compliance.  Rely on a family law attorney who understands these important enforcement issues and who can formulate a strategy that will help you to reach a swift conclusion.  Contact Family Law of Orlando to schedule an initial consultation with Wade P.
